Jeepney Loan Requirements

PRE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be Filipino citizen
2. Vehicle must be fully owned and OR CR must be under the borrower's name
   
3. Age of client must 21-59 years old upon loan maturity
   
4. If 60 years old and up, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) will be required
   
5. Having a stable source of income is an advantage
   
6. Must have a residential telephone or cellphone number
   

BASIC DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1. Completely filled up Application Form
   
2. 2x2 picture (two copies)
   
3. Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (any ID with picture & signature, preferably government-issued)
   
4. Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water only, even if not under borrower's name)
   
5. Latest Proof of Residency (NBI or Police Clearance)
   
6. Sketch of Residence
   
7. Updated OR/CR
8. Updated LTFRB franchise certificate
   

CO-BORROWER REQUIREMENTS: (in case needed) (Spouse)

1. Marriage contract (if married)
   
2. Proof of income (if any)
3. 2 valid primary IDs
